My Greek Boutique does not offer refunds, but will gladly offer a store credit in the form of a non-expiring e-gift card for the return/exchange of any eligible items requested within 7 days of delivery. The store credit is for the cost paid for the item. Whether you paid full price or used a discount code, you will receive the amount you paid minus the original shipping fee.
Printed (not embroidered) apparel *with size charts, measurements, and/or size/fit explained in the item description* are NOW ELGIBLE for return, but a 20% fee will be charged and deducted from your store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS!These items are MADE TO ORDER in the size, color, and design that you choose, specifically for you. It is your sole responsibility to make sure all info about the item has been reviewed prior to purchase. If buying as a gift, it is your responsibility to know the recipients size. If you are unsure, we suggest you buy a MGB gift card instead.
Items NOT eligible for return for store credit are as follows:
Robes, bonnets, pillowcases
Purses or bags
Jewelry & charms
Phone or computer accessories
Sale items, bundle deals, & bulk orders
Any regularly priced merchandise with missing tags, signs of wear, strong scent, makeup, deodorant, and/or stains.
To begin the return/exchange process, please email your request within 7 days of delivery to email@example.com along with your order #, the reason for exchange, a picture of your packing slip, and supporting photos of the item/s you received if the exchange is due to damage, defect, incomplete, or incorrect merchandise.
Once your request has been approved, please mail merchandise back within 7 business days, & allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and your store credit to be emailed. Please note, unless return/exchange is due to damage or defect (in which you must report within 7 days of delivery. NO exceptions!), original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Returns/Exchanges sent back to return address in original condition without prior approval will be charged a 50% restock fee, which will be deducted from store credit.
Items sent back no longer in original condition will be returned to sender if USPS allows. If not, you will be invoiced and responsible for covering the return shipping cost if you’d like your item back. If invoice is not paid within 7 days, item will be discarded. No exceptions!
Returns/Exchanges sent back outside of the 7 business days allowed (*after receiving return authorization) will be charged a 20% restock fee.
Returns sent back by shipping carrier due to incomplete or incorrect address, will be processed as a return & will be charged a 20% restock fee.
