To qualify for Local Pickup, you must have an Arkansas address. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification.
Often times, if your order is urgent, and you call us or come in to pick it up before we email you, we will prepare it for you right then. However, please note that if you choose this option, (picking up prior to email notification), an item in your order could possibly NOT be ready to pick up at that time. You will have the option to receive a store credit, substitute it for something else in store, or come back at a later time or day to receive it.
Items NOT available for Local Pickup are as follows: custom or personalized items, mugs, laptop sleeves, mouse pads, backpacks, some tote bags (please call to ask), cell phone cases, canvases, puzzles, and swimsuits.
***Orders not picked up after 30 days will be credited in the form of an e-gift card only; not refunded back to original payment method, and will be subject to a 50% restock fee. NO exceptions!***
