100% Premium cotton. Women's fitted; not unisex fit. Model wearing size 2XL, her normal size in women's. However, as you can see, this tee is fitted on her arms and chest (she just happens to have a small waist). If you don't wish for such a snug fit, you may consider ordering the next size up.
