My Greek Boutique does not offer refunds, but will gladly offer a store credit in the form of a non-expiring e-gift card for the return/exchange. The store credit is for the cost paid for the item. Whether you paid full price or used a discount code, you will receive the amount you paid minus the original shipping fee.
Items NOT eligible for return for store credit are as follows: Legacy tees, such as (ex. "My Mother is My Soror" or "My Dad is My Frat"), anniversary tees,custom degree tees, vote apparel, custom/personalized items, merchandise that specifies “Fall”, “Spring”, and/or year, robes, bonnets, pillowcases, hats, tote bags, backpacks, fanny packs, swimsuits, mugs, water bottles, jewelry, phone cases, laptop sleeves, face masks, mask filters, sale items, bundle deals, and any regularly priced merchandise with missing tags, signs of wear, strong scent, makeup, deodorant, and/or stains.
***Updated 11/15/21 Printed tees, sweatshirts, and hoodies *with size charts* listed are NO LONGER eligible for return unless the item you received has different measurements than the chart = defective. We were forced to add this due to customers failing to read the item description and/or not utilizing the size chart that is provided, then returning the item/s due to size/fit. Most of our printed apparel items are unisex fit, per the description, and have a size chart listed with the exact measurements. If a snugger fit is desired, customers who read the description and/or utilize the size chart simply go down a size. They are made to order. Meaning, we make it specifically for you in the color, design, and size you choose at the time of your order.
To begin the return/exchange process, please email your exchange request within 5 days of delivery to email@example.com along with your order #, the reason for exchange, and supporting photos of the item/s you received if the exchange is due to damage or defect. Once your request has been approved, please mail merchandise back within 7 business days. Please note, unless return/exchange is due to damage or defect, original shipping fee is non-refundable. Also, if a free shipping discount code was used, the shipping fee covered by us will be deducted from your store credit!
*Returns/Exchanges sent back to return address in original condition without prior approval will either be charged a 20% restock fee, which will be deducted from store credit, or "returned to sender" at our discretion (such as, but not limited to, if item is poorly packaged, out of season, or no longer carried in our store).
**Returns/Exchanges sent back outside of the 7 business days allowed (*after receiving return authorization) will be charged a 20% restock fee.
***Returns sent back by shipping carrier due to incomplete or incorrect address, or refused, will be processed as a return & will be charged a 20% restock fee.
****Returns/Exchanges of bulk orders (10 or more of the same item) will be charged a 20% restock fee.
*****Unauthorized returns of any item deemed ineligible for return/exchange, as listed above, will be charged a 50% fee or returned to sender at management’s discretion.
