Returns, Exchanges & Disclaimers

My Greek Boutique does not offer refunds, but will gladly offer a store credit in the form of a non-expiring e-gift card for the return of any eligible items requested within 10 days of delivery.

The store credit is for the cost paid for the item. Whether you paid full price or used a discount code, you will receive the amount you paid minus the original shipping fee and taxes.
Please note:
  • Unless item defect is an issue, returns are at the customer's expense.
  • We do not cover return shipping cost for items delayed in transit, potentially arriving later than expected, as transit delays are completely beyond our control.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE FOLLOWING:
    • Product defects MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. If we determine that the product is in fact defective, you may receive a refund or reshipment; your choice.
    • Printed (not embroidered) apparel will incur a 20% fee that will be deducted from your store credit. These items are MADE TO ORDER in the size, color, and design that you choose. It is your sole responsibility to make sure all info about the item has been reviewed prior to purchase. If buying as a gift, it is your responsibility to know the recipients size. If you are unsure, we suggest you buy a MGB gift card instead.
    Items NOT eligible for return for store credit are as follows:
    • Custom/personalized items
    • Legacy apparel
    • Sequin apparel
    • Robes, bonnets, pillowcases
    • Beanies & hats
    • Purses or bags of any kind
    • Drink ware
    • Swimwear & bras
    • Jewelry, pins, & charms
    • Lanyards
    • Phone or computer accessories
    • Face masks
    • Umbrellas
    • Canvases & puzzles
    • Sale or clearance items, bundle deals, Unreal Deal$, & bulk orders
    • Any regularly priced merchandise with missing tags, signs of wear, strong scent, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, and/or stains.
    To begin the return process, please email your request within 10 days of delivery to help@mygreekboutique.co along with your order #, the reason for exchange, a picture of your packing slip, and supporting photos of the item/s you received if the exchange is due to damage, defect, incomplete, or incorrect merchandise.
    • Once your request has been approved, please mail merchandise back within 7 business days, & allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and your store credit to be emailed.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE!

    1. Returns/Exchanges sent back to return address in original condition without prior approval will be charged a 50% restock fee, which will be deducted from store credit. (This does not apply to made-to-order or ineligible for return items. No credit will be issued for the unauthorized return of such items!)
    2. Items sent back no longer in original condition will be returned to sender if USPS allows. If not, you will be invoiced and responsible for covering the return shipping cost if you’d like your item back. If invoice is not paid within 7 days, item will be discarded. No exceptions!
    3. Returns/Exchanges sent back outside of the 7 business days allowed (*after receiving return authorization) will be charged a 20% restock fee.
    4. Returns sent back by shipping carrier due to incomplete or incorrect address, will be processed as a return & will be charged a 20% restock fee.

    Color Disclaimer

    Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s color, actual colors may vary slightly due to different device screen settings, the lighting at time of photoshoot, and other factors. My Greek Boutique will not cover return costs for item not being the exact color as the picture. In purchasing from My Greek Boutique, you agree to accept the small risk that there may be a slight variation between the actual product color and the digital image.
