What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to the item description and size reference on model. We try our best to accurately describe sizes, but in the event the size is not right for you, you may request to return for a store credit unless the item is Final Sale.

Refer to our Returns Policy for a list of Final Sale items.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at that time. It is the customer's sole responsibility to make sure all order details are correct prior to submitting order.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your package is undeliverable or delivered to the wrong address due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided, we do not assume responsibility if the package never makes it to you or back to us; (returned to sender).

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

Orders sent back to us by the shipping carrier due to incomplete or incorrect address, or marked “undeliverable” for any reason, will be processed as a return & will be charged a 20% restock fee.

Fee will be deducted from store credit that will be emailed to you. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Delayed, lost, or damaged by carrier?

We are NOT liable for packages or transit delays once they are scanned in by the shipping provider, which confirms that they are in possession of your package.

We do not have any inside sources or information outside of what the tracking provides you. 

You must contact the shipping carrier about any shipping and/or delivery issues!

If the package was shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or higher, YOU must file a claim directly with USPS in the case of loss or damage.

First Class Mail, which is our lowest cost shipping option, does not include package insurance. If you'd like up to $100 in shipping insurance automatically added to your order for protection against loss or damage, please choose USPS Ground Advantage or higher for your shipping method.

If your package is marked as "delivered", but is missing, please contact UPS for verification of delivery location, and/or your local authorities to report theft. We will NOT refund or replace “delivered” orders.

No tracking updates?

We have zero control over tracking & system updates once the carrier takes possession of your package. We can not provide any more information than your tracking link shows.

Refund or reshipment?

Please allow 7 business days for your tracking to update before requesting a re-shipment. To request a refund, allow 14 business days.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

How should I wash my items?

All of our items must pass our wash/clean test to be offered in our store. Therefore, we will not replace or refund items that are damaged after washing. 

For the best results and longevity of quality and design of any of our embroidered apparel items, we recommend to dry clean, especially garments with white logos.

Many customers elect to handwash their items in cold water, tumble dry or hang to dry, and have had zero issues. However, if machine or hand washed improperly, or left wet for too long, colors could possibly bleed on the threading or chenille logos.

For our printed apparel items, we recommend to either hand wash or wash inside out on cold. To dry, either tumble dry with low/delicate heat, or hang to dry immediately after the wash cycle ends.

Leaving items in washer after load is complete, or not drying thoroughly may cause fabric to bleed and damage design. Also, please note that drying items with high heat could possibly cause the printed design to overheat and “crack” or peel in some places.

What if the color is different than what I expected?

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s color, actual colors may vary slightly due to different device screen settings, the lighting at time of photoshoot, and other factors. 

My Greek Boutique will not cover return costs for items not being the exact color as the picture. In purchasing from My Greek Boutique, you agree to accept the small risk that there may be a slight variation between the actual product color and the digital image.

Do you all do customizations or bulk orders?

  • Bomber jackets, chenille embroidered sweatshirts, tees, & hoodies may be customized with a minimum order quantity of 20 pieces. Must all have the same design!
  • Robes and bonnets may be customized with a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces each per size. Must all have the same design!
  • Sequin Jerseys and jackets may be customized with a minimum order quantity of 60 pieces each per size. Must all have the same design!

What if I forget to enter my coupon code?

It is your sole responsibility to be sure coupon code is properly entered and discount is reflected before confirming and submitting order. We can & will not manually apply discount codes to orders.

What if a sale is announced or product price drops soon after I purchase?

Sales and/or discounts are only valid during the timeframe specified, and will not be applied to orders place outside of that timeframe.
