Currently, over 90% of orders ship same or next business day.
Items that will for sure ship separately from apparel items, and/or take longer to receive are as follows:
- Phone and laptop accessories
- Personalized or custom items
- Home or office decor
- Backpacks
- Swim wear
- Puzzles
- Mugs
If order was placed during a high-traffic period, such as crossing or holiday shopping season and BFCM, please allow up to 7-14 business days to receive it, as our order volume more than quadruples during those times.
In the case of inclement weather, which is natural and beyond our control, no refunds will be issued for processing/shipping delays. A full store credit may be requested if your order hasn’t shipped. If your order shipped but you’d like to return it because it arrived after the date needed, you may request a return and store credit for the amount of the items only.
Tracking information will be sent to the email attached to the order. If email is entered incorrectly, you may not receive this information.
