Currently, over 90% of embroidered items ship same or next business day unless otherwise stated in item description. Orders that include printed or non-embroidered tees, sweatshirts, or hoodies are made to order, and could possibly take up to 3-5 business days to ship at this current time.

Items that will for sure ship separately from apparel items, and/or take longer to receive are as follows:
  • Phone and laptop accessories
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Home or office decor
  • Backpacks
  • Swim wear
  • Puzzles
  • Mugs
Please allow up to 14 business days to receive those particular items. (Selecting a faster shipping method will not get these particular items to you any sooner!)

If order was placed during a high-traffic period, such as crossing or holiday shopping season and BFCM, please allow up to 7-14 business days to receive it, as our order volume more than quadruples during those times. Please note that during these particular times, you may receive your tracking information before your order actually ships, as we prepare for fulfillment by printing your label & packing slip ahead of time.
  • In the case of inclement weather, which is natural and beyond our control, no refunds will be issued for processing/shipping delays. A full store credit may be requested if your order hasn’t shipped. If your order shipped but you’d like to return it because it arrived after the date needed, you may request a return and store credit for the amount of the items only.
