Order Changes & Cancellations

No order changes/cancellations!
When your order is placed, the item you ordered is taken out of stock, made unavailable to other customers, and we begin preparation to fulfill your order. Over 90% of orders ship same or next day.
It is your sole responsibility to make sure you are certain about the items you added to your cart, and that your order and information is correct and complete before confirming and submitting it; this includes, but not limited to, correct color, size, billing & shipping address, payment/card information, and/or coupon code properly entered.
NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be given for any printed items that are ordered out of error (wrong design, size, or color selected by you), as these items are made to order per your request. Again, it is your sole responsibility to review and confirm the items in your order before submitting it to us.
If your package is returned to us due to address issues, we will attempt to notify you and send an invoice for reshipment to correct address provided by you. If we are unsuccessful at reaching you and/or the invoice isn't paid within 3 days, the order will be processed as a return, & you will be charged a 20% restock fee. A store credit will be issued. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
