My Greek Boutique does not offer refunds, but will gladly offer a store credit in the form of a non-expiring e-gift card for the return/exchange of an eligible item requested within 7 days of delivery. The store credit is for the cost paid for the item. Whether you paid full price or used a discount code, you will receive the amount you paid minus the original shipping fee & the 2.9% + $0.30 card processing fee we were charged to accept your payment.

Items NOT eligible for return for store credit are as follows: Legacy tees, such as (ex. "My Mother is My Soror" or "My Dad is My Frat"), anniversary tees, vote apparel, custom/personalized items, merchandise that specifies “Fall”, “Spring”, and/or year, robes, bonnets, pillowcases, hats, purses or bags of any kind, drink ware, swimsuits, jewelry, charms, phone cases or accessories, laptop sleeves, face masks, mask filters, sale or final sale items, bundle deals, bulk orders, and any regularly priced merchandise with missing tags, signs of wear, strong scent, makeup, deodorant, and/or stains.

***Updated 11/15/21: Apparel *with size charts or measurements* listed are NO LONGER eligible for return unless the item you received has different measurements than the chart = defective. We were forced to add this due to customers failing to read the item description and/or not utilizing the size chart or measurements provided, then returning the item/s due to size/fit.
This is also an effort to significantly decrease returns during these uncertain times as COVID continues to mutate and spread.

To begin the return/exchange process, please email your request within 7 days of delivery to help@mygreekboutique.co along with your order #, the reason for exchange, a picture of your packing slip, and supporting photos of the item/s you received if the exchange is due to damage, defect, incomplete, or incorrect merchandise. Once your request has been approved, please mail merchandise back within 7 business days. Please note, unless return/exchange is due to damage or defect (in which you must report within 7 days of delivery. NO exceptions!), original shipping fee is non-refundable.

*Returns/Exchanges sent back to return address in original condition without prior approval will be charged a 50% restock fee, which will be deducted from store credit. Items sent back no longer in original condition will be returned to sender if USPS allows. If not, you will be invoiced and responsible for covering the return shipping cost if you’d like your item back. No exceptions!

**Returns/Exchanges sent back outside of the 7 business days allowed (*after receiving return authorization) will be charged a 20% restock fee.

***Returns sent back by shipping carrier due to incomplete or incorrect address, will be processed as a return & will be charged a 20% restock fee.
